Online registration is now available to CEDIA EXPO Alumni* press/analysts only.

Online registration is now officially closed. Not-to-worry, you can still register onsite at EXPO starting Tuesday, September 2 at 7:00 a.m.

Press/analysts attending for the first time must pre-qualify for press credentials and fax in a completed registration along with items listed below. Requirements for press/analysts attending EXPO for the first time:

Please submit a completed registration form along with two of the following items to CEDIA Headquarters by Thursday, August 28, to receive CEDIA EXPO press credentials. (The same information is required for onsite registration as well):

1. Media Credentials (ID card and or official business card with title)
2. Letter from editor on company letterhead explaining what you are covering at the show (Non-Alumni Press Only)
3. Copy of masthead listing your name and title

All CEDIA education courses are free to the press with the exception of full-day workshops, boot camps, and special events. All press registrations will be approved by CEDIA Headquarters and processed internally. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form. Please pick up media credentials onsite in the press room (room 301). All questions may be directed to CEDIA’s Public Relations & Marketing team at (317) 328-4336 or toll free at 800-669-5329.

*Alumni = Attended CEDIA EXPO as press in 2006 or 2007.
