Make CEDIA EXPO Rock! Participate in the CEDIA Rock or
Ride Giveaway. Contestants must visit all exhibitors’ booths that are
listed on the game card received onsite. Collect all 10 stamps for a chance
to win an autographed guitar by Ted Nugent and his Supergroup Band and another
guitar autographed by Creedence Clearwater Revival. Or you could win
a custom CEDIA Chopper 2600cc Carefree Custom edition. Final drawing will take
place Sunday, September 9 at 1:30 p.m.

The game card must be validated by each participating sponsor and finalized
by a Prize Carz employee to complete the entry process. Employees of
CEDIA, Prize Carz, the CEDIA show management, exhibitors, press, non-affiliated
industry association guests, friends of, and/or family members of CEDIA,
Prize Carz or tradeshow employees and outside contractors are not eligible
to enter. The individual completing the game card must be a registered attendee,
present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. The first (1st) drawing
is for the Supergroup autographed guitar. The second (2nd) drawing is for
the Credence Clearwater guitar. The Grand Prize (3rd) drawing is for the
AMC CEDIA Custom Chopper. The winner of the motorcycle is responsible for
vehicle registration, insurance, transportation of the motorcycle to their
home, and all local, state, and federal taxes applicable to this promotion.
Prize Carz will issue the winner a 1099-Misc. The winner must be 21 yrs.
of age and a U.S. citizen. The drawings shall take place at the “Rock
or Ride” booth, 1:30 p.m., Sunday, September 9, 2007. Odds of winning
depend upon the number of eligible entries received by 9/9/07, 1:29 p.m.
and if the name drawn is present at the time of the drawing. No mechanically
reproduced entries permitted. Illegible entries are void. No substitutions
allowed. Failure to appear at the time of the drawing shall result in the
forfeiture of the prize. All game card entries are subject to verification.
All games cards submitted become the sole property of CEDIA tradeshow management
and will not be returned. No correspondence regarding this promotion will
be acknowledged or entered into.
The decisions of Prize Carz; the independent promotion
agency, are final in all matters relating to this promotion, including winner
verification. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Cedia,
Prize Carz LLC., its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers,
directors, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, other representatives,
advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from and against any and
all liability or damages associated with this give away promotion. Winners
assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused
by use, misuse, or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion,
entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the decisions of CEDIA tradeshow
