Be sure to watch for your floor manager onsite if you need any assistance. Exhibitor Registration Closes August 28 Register for Exhibitor and Setup Badges prior to August 28 at 5:00 pm ET. Click here to access exhibitor registration. Badges are not mailed prior to EXPO, but may be picked up in Exhibitor Registration, located in Lobby F during these dates/times:
Booth Security: Entrance to Convention Center between August 25-28 If you will be at the convention center between August 25-28, your Credentialed Company Personnel involved with your booth setup will be allowed to enter and leave the Colorado Convention Center thru the South Shuttle Drop Off Doors ONLY. This Entry is located on 14th Street - ½ block south of the 14th Street & California Street Intersection (across the street from the Hyatt at the Colorado Convention Center). The Doors will be open from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Due to the security measures being implemented in the Convention Center during this time please observe the following: CEDIA exhibitors, EAC's, decorators are restricted to the exhibit hall level. Any individual that enters a restricted zone without the proper credential for that area being visible will be subject to arrest and prosecution. Please expect a large volume of pedestrian traffic in and around the Colorado Convention Center during the hours of 7:00a.m. to 6:30p.m. during the event days. Long lines are anticipated for the DNC entry points due to security measures, so please plan accordingly. CREDENTIALS (must have all three) - Please email any questions to patrick@argus-companies.com Food and Beverage Needs in Your Booth Refreshments for your staff or to encourage traffic to your booth…we have a wide range of choices to meet your every need! For Exhibit Catering needs, please contact Erin at Centerplate at 303.228.8105. Place your electrical orders now! The Colorado Convention Centers wants to have your orders in place before you arrive so your move-in experience is smooth. To facilitate this, if you haven’t already done so, please submit your orders and detailed floor plans. Not only does this help with your installation, it save you time and minimizes your costs. If you have any questions, please call Aaron Rossin with Exhibitor Services at 303-228-8027. Exclusive SuperShuttle Discounts Press Kit Delivery Instructions CEDIA recommends supplying no more than 100 printed press kits for the press room, with additional copies for your booth. The press room opens at noon Tuesday, September 2, so it is recommended that exhibitors hand-deliver press kits to the press room beginning Tuesday, September 2. Be sure to label the boxes with your company name in large print. If you are unable to hand-deliver, you may also ship your press kits to the press room to arrive beginning September 2. Press materials must be shipped separately from exhibit materials to ensure timely delivery to the press room. Shipping Information: CEDIA EXPO 2008 For: (Exhibitor Name) NOTE: All press kits left in the press room after 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 7, will be discarded. CEDIA EXPO 2009 - Onsite Exhibit Space Selection All current EXPO 2008 exhibitors have the opportunity to reserve booth space for 2009 in order of your company's priority points. In order of points, booth selection was split into pre-show and onsite selection. Pre-show selection enabled the top 125 exhibitors to select their booth prior to September. Onsite selection will take place during CEDIA EXPO 2008 beginning Wednesday, September 3 and continuing through Saturday, September 6. If you have not already selected your 2009 booth, you will be selecting onsite. All exhibitors selecting onsite have been sent the CEDIA EXPO 2009 booth selection packet via UPS which will be delivered this week! This packet included your company's specific selection date and time, space application form, and detailed floor plans. Be sure to review your packet before arriving at booth selection.
