Exhibitor Pre-Registered Attendee List Available

Why wait until EXPO to connect with attendees when you can reach out to them now! The CEDIA EXPO pre-registered, opt-in attendee list is now available to all exhibitors... for FREE!

Prior to receiving the list, all exhibitors must sign a waiver stating the opt-in mailing lists may only be used for pre-show and post-show marketing efforts, specific to CEDIA EXPO 2008.

Start Promoting to EXPO Pre-Registered Media
 
The 2008 EXPO Pre-registered press list is now available. However, each exhibitor must agree to and complete the press list-use agreement. A new press list will be available every Wednesday. If you would like to receive the press list, please contact Jamie Antcliff at jantcliff@cedia.org or 317-328-4336, ext. 119.

Events After Hours: Shuttle Service

If you are hosting an event for attendees after show hours, please be aware shuttle service from the convention center will run only until 8 p.m. between Wednesday - Friday, and until 1 a.m. on Saturday. If your event will run later, please pre-arrange a different form of transporation for your guests. To view the schedule and hotels included in the shuttle routes, click here.

HD / Digital Signals provided by Comcast in your Booth

HD and digital signals provided by Comcast into the Colorado Convention Center for this year’s show.   If you order HD or digitial signals provided by Comcast, you will be asked to contact Comcast directly to finalize arrangements. This is a different arrangement from last year, and CCC Exhibitor Services will still handle analog signal from a service and payment standpoint.   All payment and services for HD and digital (including chassis cards) will be handled directly through Comcast.  Comcast’s main number in Denver is 303-930-2000.

Hanging Signs: Pre-Ship to Advance Warehouse

In a 20' x 20' or larger island booth and have a hanging sign? Plan to pre-ship your sign separate from your other exhibitor materials to the advance warehouse for arrival prior to August 21. This way, your sign can be hung in advance of freight arriving in your booth.

Guest Pass - Free Tradeshow Admission

Share the excitement of CEDIA EXPO! The CEDIA EXPO Guest Pass is available to all exhibitors to pass along to your dealers and clients. One was included in your exhibitor manual, but you can request an electronic version by contacting Nina Ledsinger at nledsinger@cedia.org.

This guest pass provides free access to the tradeshow during show hours only. If the completed pass is faxed in prior to August 28, the badge may be picked up at pre-registered attendee kiosks onsite. If not faxed by the 28th, the individual will need to bring the guest pass to the onsite registration attendee kiosks to obtain the badge.

Build the Buzz with the Pre-Show Product Showcase

Last year, the CEDIA EXPO Pre-Show Product Showcase generated more than 41,000 page views in nine weeks!

The Pre-Show Product Showcase highlights the top products on display at EXPO. Participating will generate foot traffic to your booth from dealers, potential new dealers, and press.

The Pre-Show Product Showcase is only available to CEDIA EXPO exhibitors. The showcase launches August 1, and participating products should be signed up and uploaded on or before that date to make the biggest impact.
