Relations Summary Form The online PR Summary Form is used by the CEDIA Marketing and Public Relations team to promote exhibitors, their new products and technologies, and the residential electronic systems industry to media nationwide and globally before and during CEDIA EXPO. Include as much information about new products/technologies as possible when completing this online form. All PR summary forms must be
received on or before Friday, August 1 to be included in any CEDIA
EXPO 2008 press materials being issued to the media before, during,

Press Conference Scheduling CEDIA EXPO exhibitors may schedule press conferences on a first-come, first-served basis. Press conferences can be held in the CEDIA EXPO press conference room, at the exhibitor's booth, or at an offsite location hosted by the exhibitor. NOTE: Press conferences being held offsite or at a booth must still be submitted via this form in order to be listed on the "Press Events" calendar and to avoid numerous overlapping events.
